    We hung out around Los Angeles the first week Annie arrived in USA. Juliet took this opportunity to explore the city as well, despite living there her entire childhood.     My family has been going to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks ever since I was young because they were close, and nature is just so majestic and beautiful. It's my first time coming to Yosemite in May. Usually we come towards the end of summer, and most of the water is dried up and there is little to no water left in the waterfalls.

    Camping at June Lake, California

    Annie, Have I ever told you that my family used to go camping all the time? Not glamping, but pitch a tent, cook your own food, sleep on the floor kind of camping. Real camping. It’s been years since I’ve gone camping. With my family friends visiting from Taiwan, we (me, my parents, and 3 family friends) did a pretty intense 1.5 week California trip from Los Angeles to June Lake to Yosemite National Park to Bay area.
