For everyday meals, I love quick and easy recipes. Anything that takes less than 30 minutes to prep and cook means I can get to the best part, eating, as soon as possible. Recently, my mom bought a Cuisinart griddler and my life hasn’t been the same since. It’s multi-functional so you can make different kinds of food like panini sandwiches, steak, and pancakes. The one food I can’t stop making is quesadillas. I’m not a big quesadilla lover, but with this griddler I can see myself eating it for days.

- Taco-seasoned chicken breast & potatoes
- bell peppers
- Jalepeño peppers
- Flour tortilla
It’s hard to go wrong with this recipe. Essentially you just add whatever you like. This is unconventional, but my mom added potatoes. I don’t mind because I love potatoes and can pretty much eat it with anything. I also like my quesadillas a little more on the crispier side so I’ll leave it on the griddler for a few more minutes after it’s done.
Do you own a griddler? If so, what’s your go-to recipe? Let me know down in the comments!
